- Any complaint requiring formal escalation or written acknowledgement.

4. How to file a grievance
- Email the Grievance Officer at grievance@stylishcollections.store with the following details:
- Your full name and registered phone/email.
- Order number (if applicable).
- A clear description of the issue.
- Any supporting documents, screenshots, or photographs.
- The resolution you are seeking.
- You will receive an acknowledgement with a ticket reference number within 24–48 hours.
- Our Grievance Officer will investigate, coordinate with relevant teams, and respond with the outcome within the timelines above.
- If the resolution is unsatisfactory, you may pursue remedies under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
