Welcome to Stylish Collections. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website stylishcollections.store ("Site") operated by Stylish Collections ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent/legal guardian) and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law.

3. Account & accuracy

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information at registration and at every checkout.

4. Products & pricing

• All prices on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
• The final payable amount, including shipping charges and any applicable handling fees, will be displayed before order confirmation.
• Product images are representative; slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to display calibration or photography lighting.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct pricing errors at our discretion.

5. Orders & payment

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment can be made via UPI or Cash on Delivery (COD). For COD, an additional handling fee of ₹49 may apply.

For UPI payments processed through MMADPay, the transaction is subject to the UPI gateway's terms. We do not store any UPI credentials.

Delivery timelines, charges, and serviceable locations are described in our Shipping Policy. We currently ship across India only.

8. Permitted use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian laws (including IT Act, 2000 and DPDP Act, 2023).
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Use any automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from the Site.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Site.
• Resell or redistribute products without our express written consent.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including the brand name "Stylish Collections", logos, text, graphics, photographs, and design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Stylish Collections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability for any direct claim arising in connection with a product shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stylish Collections from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
