Refund & Cancellation

At Stylish Collections, we want every piece you order to feel like it was made just for you. If something isn't quite right, this policy explains how returns, cancellations, and refunds work — including clear timelines.
1. Order cancellation
You may cancel an order any time before it has been shipped. Once an order moves to the "Shipped" stage, it cannot be cancelled — you'll need to follow the return process below after delivery.

- Refund (UPI orders): Initiated within 24 hours of cancellation; credited to source within 3–5 business days.
- Refund (COD orders): No payment was collected, so nothing is refunded — the order is simply closed.
2. Return eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets all of the conditions below:
- Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Not marked as a non-returnable category (see Section 6).
- Not customised, altered, or stitched on request.
3. How to initiate a return
- Email care@stylishcollections.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the item to be returned, the reason, and clear photos of the product (and packaging, if damaged).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with approval and pickup/return instructions.
- Pack the item in its original packaging. Once we receive the parcel, our quality team inspects it within 2–3 business days.
- On approval, the refund is initiated as outlined below.

End-to-end window: 7–10 business days from the day we receive your returned parcel to the day the refund reflects in your account.
5. Refund mode
- UPI orders: refunded to the original UPI ID/source via MMADPay.
- COD orders: refunded by NEFT/IMPS to a bank account you nominate. We will request your account number, IFSC, and account holder name over secure email.
6. Non-returnable items
- Innerwear, lingerie, and intimate apparel (hygiene reasons).
- Customised, altered, or made-to-measure pieces.
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" on the product page.
- Cosmetics, fragrance, or beauty items if seal is broken.
7. Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your parcel arrived damaged, the item is defective, or you received the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — return shipping in such cases is on us.
8. Failed deliveries / RTO
If a courier is unable to deliver after 3 attempts and the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (charged) or process a refund. For prepaid orders, the product cost is refunded in full; original shipping is non-refundable.
