We deliver to every serviceable pincode across India. This policy lays out our shipping timelines, charges, and what to expect once your order leaves our atelier.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Timelines start from the date of order confirmation for COD and from payment confirmation for UPI orders. Festive periods, monsoons, and events outside our control (strikes, weather disruptions) may add 1–3 days.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are dispatched on the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier.
Once shipped, you can track your order using our Order Tracking page with your order number and registered email or phone. The same tracking link is sent to you via email.
We validate state and pincode pairs in real time at checkout. If your pincode is not serviceable, the system will let you know before payment. For specific serviceability questions, write to us at care@stylishcollections.store.
Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the parcel remains undelivered after 3 attempts (incorrect address, recipient unreachable, refused delivery), it will be returned to our warehouse. We will then contact you to arrange re-delivery (chargeable) or process a refund per Section 8 of our Refund Policy.
If your parcel appears tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery and email us immediately with the courier's docket number. If you discover damage after opening, write to us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
At present, Stylish Collections ships only within India. We do not offer international delivery.
