Stylish Collections ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal data when you visit stylishcollections.store or place an order with us.

We collect only the personal data necessary to operate our store and fulfil your orders:

• Identity & contact data: name, email, phone number, shipping address, pincode
• Transaction data: order details, payment method (UPI / COD), order history
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited (via cookies and analytics)
• Communication data: messages you send through our contact form or email

We do not collect or store: your card numbers, UPI PIN, bank passwords, OTPs, or any payment credentials. UPI transactions are processed entirely by our payment partner (MMADPay), in line with RBI tokenization guidelines.

We process your data on the following lawful bases under the DPDP Act:

• Consent: when you explicitly opt in (e.g., subscribing to our newsletter)
• Legitimate use: to fulfil an order you placed, process payments, deliver products, and provide customer support
• Legal obligation: for tax, GST compliance, fraud prevention, and statutory record-keeping

• To process and deliver your orders
• To communicate with you about your order, shipping, and after-sales support
• To improve our website, products, and customer experience
• To send you marketing emails (only if you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• To comply with applicable laws and respond to legal requests

We share data only with trusted partners necessary for our operations:

• Payment partner (MMADPay): to process UPI transactions
• Logistics partners: to ship and deliver your order
• Email & hosting providers: to send transactional emails and host the Site
• Analytics (Google Analytics 4): in aggregated, anonymised form
• Government authorities: when required by law

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

We retain your order data for at least 8 years for tax and statutory compliance (Income Tax Act, GST law). Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion as set out in section 8.

• No storage of payment credentials

• Erase your data (subject to statutory retention requirements)
• Withdraw consent at any time for marketing communications
• Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of incapacity or death
• Lodge a grievance with our Grievance Officer or the Data Protection Board of India

9. Cookies

We use first-party cookies for cart functionality and session management, and third-party cookies (Google Analytics 4) for understanding site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some Site features may not work as expected.

Our Site is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
